Terms of service

These terms apply to Foundry, operated by Still in Love, at https://foundry.stillinlove.co. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Foundry researches a company website you submit and uses AI to generate a production brief, creative concepts, and related materials. Results may contain errors, omissions, or material that is not unique. Review and verify results before relying on them or publishing an advertisement. Foundry does not guarantee advertising performance or business outcomes. Any separately purchased services are subject to their applicable agreement.

Acceptable use

Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not use Foundry for unlawful activity, impersonation, infringement, unsolicited messaging, harassment, or attempts to bypass security and usage limits. You must have authority to use the mobile number you submit. We may restrict access to prevent misuse or protect the service.

Intellectual property

You retain your rights in materials you submit. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated briefs and concepts for your business. You are responsible for permissions needed for names, images, trademarks, or other material in your final work. Foundry retains its rights in its software, branding, and service design.

SMS terms

The Foundry SMS program sends transactional verification codes and notifications about requested briefs. Its sender number is +1 (888) 992-6968; verification codes may also come from Twilio Verify senders.

• Opt in by entering your mobile number in our web form and checking the unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies, typically 1–3 messages per request.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help or email hello@stillinlove.co.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send marketing messages through this program. See our SMS consent information and Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service and AI-generated materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Still in Love is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or losses from use of AI-generated materials. Our liability for a claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to that claim. These terms do not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply going forward, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
