Privacy Policy

Still in Love operates Foundry at https://foundry.stillinlove.co. This policy describes how we handle information when you request a brief or use the service.
Information we collect
We collect the company URL and mobile number you provide, your SMS consent and verification status, and the brief and creative materials produced for your request. Technical logs include IP address, request timing, device or browser information, and error or abuse-prevention information. We research public information about the company you submit. Verification codes are processed by Twilio Verify; our application does not store them.
How we use information
We use this information to send and check one-time verification codes, generate your brief, notify you when it is ready, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. The SMS program is transactional, not a marketing program.
Mobile information and consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database storage, Twilio for verification and message delivery, OpenRouter and Anthropic for AI processing of company research and brief generation, and SerpApi for web search. Providers process information needed to perform their services for us. We do not provide mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and service security.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide requested briefs, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed; backup copies may remain for their normal retention period. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Access and deletion requests
You can also text DELETE to the Foundry sender number to delete your number and associated briefs, verification records, and messages from our application.
Email hello@stillinlove.co to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including records needed to honor an opt-out request.
California privacy rights
If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, applies to your information, you may have rights to know and access information collected about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, and receive information in a portable format. Applicable rights also include opting out of sale or sharing and limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You or an authorized agent can submit a request to the support email above.
